If you live in a property with LittleBird Smart Community features, you can view and reserve your community’s amenities within your LittleBird mobile app. 

Locate the Amenities section

  1. Open the LittleBird mobile app on your mobile device.

  2. Browse to the Community (building) icon in the navigation bar. You’ll see the name of your community at the top of this page.

  3. Tap the Amenities (diamond) panel.

  1. While in the Amenities screen, scroll through your community’s amenities.

  2. To see more information about an amenity, tap its amenity’s panel.

  3. Tap the Close (x) icon in the top right corner of the Amenity section to return to the Community page. 

Reserve an amenity

Some of your community’s amenities may require a reservation. You can easily reserve these amenities through your LittleBird mobile app. 

  1. While in the Amenities screen, scroll through your community’s amenities and tap on the panel of the one you’d like to reserve. 

  2. Tap Booked Slots to see any reservations that have already been made for the amenity. 

  3. Tap View Slots to see the amenity’s upcoming reservation availability. You’ll see the details of any available time slots as well as any associated fees. 

  4. Tap the Book Slot button on the time slot you wish to reserve.

  1. Tap the Agree button on the confirmation screen that appears.

    1. If the event is free, a final confirmation message will immediately appear. 

    2. If the event requires a payment, the Payment screen will appear. You’ll see any credit cards you’ve saved as well as an Add a new card option. 

Select your desired payment method and tap the Submit Payment button. You'll see the final confirmation message "You've now successfully reserved the amenity's time slot.

Note: If you no longer wish to reserve the time slot, simply tap the Cancel button on the confirmation screen. 

  1. Tap the Back To Amenities button to return to the Amenities screen. 

Cancel an amenity reservation

  1. While in the Amenities screen, scroll through your community’s amenities and tap on the panel of the one you’d like to cancel your reservation for.

  2. Tap Booked Slots to locate the reservation you previously made. 

  3. Tap the Cancel Booking button. A confirmation prompt will appear. 

  4. Tap the Yes button. A final confirmation message will appear. 

Note: If you no longer wish to cancel your reservation, simply tap the No button. 

Tap the Ok button. You’ve successfully canceled your reservation.
