How to Change Your Account Password

If you ever need to change your LittleBird account password, you can easily do so in your LittleBird Mobile App. 

Change Your Password While Logged-in

If you can successfully log into the LittleBird app, follow these steps top reset your password:

1. Log into the LittleBird Mobile App

2. Click the Settings (...) button in the bottom right-hand corner

3. Tap Change Password 

4. Fill in your current password followed by your new desired password

5. Tap Change Password to save changes

Change Your Password While Logged-out

If you can’t log into the LittleBird Mobile App, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Open the LittleBird app on your mobile device to reveal the login screen

2. Tap Forgot Password 

3. Enter the email address associated with your LittleBird account into the Email text box 

4. Tap Send Reset Link

5. Open the Reset Your Password email that was sent to you

   1. If you haven’t received the email after a few minutes, check your email’s spam folder 

6. Tap Reset Your Password located in the email

7. Type your new password into the Password text boxes

8. Tap the Set Password button to finalize your changes

9. Reopen the LittleBird app on your mobile device and enter your new login credentials into the Email and Password text boxes.

      8. Tap Log In
