If needed, you can quickly submit a maintenance request form in your LittleBird Mobile App. This quick guide will explain how to alert your maintenance staff of any issues efficiently.


Submitting a Request

To submit a maintenance request:

  1. Log into the LittleBird Mobile App

  1. Tap Community (building icon) at the bottom of the page

  1. Tap the Maintenance (wrench icon)

  1. Add the appropriate information for each section, remembering to be as detailed as possible

    1. In the Location field, describe where the problem has occurred in your living space. (you do not need to include your unit number)

    2. In the Description field, specify the problem you are experiencing in your living space, including any details about how long you’ve been aware of the issue, as well as any troubleshooting you have attempted

    3. In the Access Instructions field, provide any additional information the maintenance staff should be aware of before entering your home (consider including times you’ll be home or information regarding household pets) 

  1. Tap the toggle above the Submit Request button to give Maintenance Teams permission to enter your home for repairs

  1. Tap Submit Request

  2. Your maintenance team will be alerted of your submission
