How to Change Your Account Email Address

If you ever need to change your LittleBird account email, you can easily do so in your LittleBird Mobile App. 

Updating Your Email Address

To update your email address in the LittleBird Mobile App:

1. Log into the LittleBird app

2. Tap Settings (...) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

3. Tap the Change Email

4. Type your preferred email address in the New Email text box

5. Type your current LittleBird account password in the Account Password text box 

6. Tap the Change Email

   1. Your new email address will appear at the top of the screen with a Not Verified status until the email is verified 

7. Open the Email Updated email that was sent to your new email address

   1. If you haven’t received the email after a few minutes, check your email’s spam folder

8. Tap the Verify New Email Address button located in the email

   1. This will open a new tab in your browser with a verification message stating, “Your email has been verified"

9. Your new email address will now be used throughout your LittleBird mobile app
