LittleBird keeps you up to date with various notification options. Managing notifications from both your community and your smart home devices can be done directly through your LittleBird Mobile App.




Updating Your Notification Settings

To adjust your notification settings from the LittleBird Mobile App:

  1. Log into the LittleBird app

  2. Tap Settings (...) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

  3. Tap Notification Settings

  4. Choose to enable or disable App (push), SMS (text message), and/or Email notifications for each category using the checkboxes (checked boxes mean you will receive those notifications)

    1. Email and Push notifications are enabled by default

  5. Toggle on Mail Delivery to receive an in-app notification when your mail is delivered (if applicable)

    1. This notification is only visible inside the LittleBird Mobile App: no email, push, or SMS notifications will not be sent when mail is delivered
