LittleBird keeps you up to date with various notification options. Managing notifications from both your community and your smart home devices can be done directly through your LittleBird mobile app.
Using the settings panel
Open the LittleBird mobile app on your mobile device.
Browse to the More options (...) icon in the navigation bar and click to reveal the Everything Else screen.
Locate and tap the Notification Settings panel to open your current notification preferences.
Under this tab, the types of notifications you receive are divided into two main categories: Community and Devices.
Notice there are three different ways you can receive notifications: the LittleBird app, SMS, and email. These three options are represented by the three boxes next to each notification type.
Disabled notifications are represented by empty boxes while active notifications are indicated by boxes with checkmarks.
To select a new notification, simply tap the empty box you wish to activate and watch for the checkmark to appear.
To stop receiving a notification, tap the appropriate box and watch for the checkmark to disappear, indicating an inactive status.
To save your changes, tap the Back (arrow) icon and continue using your LittleBird mobile app.
