LittleBird makes it easy to contact our technical support team to solve a problem with your smart home devices or LittleBird Mobile App.
Requesting Technical Support
To request technical support via e-mail:
Log into the LittleBird Mobile App on your smartphone
Tap the Settings (...) button in the bottom right-hand corner
Tap Support
Input your email address, subject, phone number, and description of your issue (additional, non-required fields can be filled in to provide our support teams with other info that may be helpful)
Complete the captcha so we know you aren’t a robot
Tap Submit
Once you have submitted your support request, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to FreshDesk indicating your request has been received. You can use this link to stay updated on the status of your request.
At the bottom of the LittleBird Support page, you will see two links: Home and Solutions. These links will take you to LittleBird's frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and more. You can also access these resources by navigating to www.GoLittleBird.com/Support.
Estimated wait times
Our support team receives requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Typical in-office hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST). Depending on incoming traffic, our team will contact you within three days.
