New Intercom Updates

Your site intercom has been migrated to our new version.   We wanted to share a few of the new features, and note a few improvements and "how to's":

1. Video Calls will now come through similar to Phone calls, utilizing Apple and Android's CallKit functionality.  This is an improvement over the current push notification based system.   
2. This will be improved in a future update, but you now need to enter your code and then hit the green unlock button in the lower right corner of the keypad to "send" the code.   (See Image below)
3. The Directory is now searchable
