How do I get into my unit if I've lost my phone?

If you're using a mobile entry system, it's natural to be concerned about what might happen if you lose your phone.

Fortunately, there are plenty of backup systems in place to make sure you're always able to get into your apartment.

Each of the smart locks we use also has a numeric keypad that allows you to enter your apartment with a code number. You can customize this number to help you remember it. Memorizing your door code is the best way to ensure you always have access to your apartment.

If you can't remember your lock code, your next best option is to contact the property manager of your apartment complex. They'll have a physical key to your apartment, and may even be able to open it remotely.

Losing your phone is certainly an inconvenience, but we've tried to make sure it won't ever prevent you from getting into your apartment unit.
